My First Youtube Video
Another goal crossed off of the list of things I wanted to do for this blog. I started a youtube channel! You can find me at Nyokasworld. This channel will follow my heat damage recovery, product reviews, fashion, and beauty. I am so glad the I finally have the courage to start my channel. I must admit I was nervous. For my first video I decided to do the curly hair tag just to get my foot in the door.
Here it is.......

How I Colored My Natural Curly Hair
Heyyyyyyyyyyyy!
Sorry for the excessive y's on the end of my hey, but I am super excited to share my new hair color with you beauties. Last week I decided to color my own hair without any help from a professional. I was pretty confident about this decision simply because I have dyed my hair multiple times in the past via a professional. The only difference between the past and now is I decided not to go fully blonde like I usually do. This time I opted for a color closer to my hair color. This way I would avoid damaging my hair that is currently recovering from heat damage.

Perm Rod Set: Results
About two days ago I announced that I would be trying the perm rod set to achieve a curly fro. Since I am on spring break and off from work I had the time to try a new style. I co-washed my hair, added my leave-in, and some argan oil . Then all I used was some Olive Oil Eco Styler Gel to smooth and set my hair.

Shea Moisture Organic African Black Soap Purification Masque Review
I have a love/hate relationship with this Shea Moisture Purification Masque. I have been using it for a couple of months now. I like to deep condition my hair before I co-wash/shampoo my hair.
